The Accounts Payable Specialist will support the Inotiv team by processing invoices in D365 and JDE, supporting SOX guidelines and assisting in special projects as assigned. We are currently undergoing a large finance transformation, which this position will be included. The ability and openness to adapt to change is an absolute must!
ResponsibilitiesOn a typical day, the AP Specialist will contribute to the Inotiv team by:
Handling invoices for separate entities and vendorsWorking with vendors and internal business partners to resolve PO, receiving or other opportunitiesProvide inquiry status to internal business partners and external vendorsSpecial projects as assigned by management Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn other accounting software systems. JDEdwards and/or D365 ERP systems experience is beneficialMust be highly skilled in Excel using Vlookups, Pivot tables and other normal finance functions utilzed for analyticsExcellent organizational skills, customer services skills and high attention to detailOutstanding verbal and written communicationThrives in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changeData entry and analytical skillsGeneral math skillsHigh School DiplomaPrefer 2+ years prior work experience
*This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience. The salary range will adjust along with the level of the role to match the person’s relevant experience and/or education level.
