The Accounts Payable Specialist role is a great entry point for a person looking to expand a career in the corporate finance function at a high-growth company. This full-time position is responsible for the receiving, processing, reconciling, verifying, and paying vendor invoices consistent with company policies.

Responsibilities Accurate and timely coding of assigned credit card transactions and vendor invoices for multiple entities and multiple currenciesMonitor and address queries from internal and external individuals with key focus on providing positive service/supportProcessing of PO and Non-PO Invoices for various types of transactions such as for projects/jobs, equipment, inventory and general expensesAccurately code various taxes on vendor invoicesReview statements from vendors on a regular basisOther ad hoc requests as needed Qualifications

Job Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

Good written and verbal communications skillsDemonstrated ability to solve problems, highly organized, and detailed-oriented.Five years of accounts payable or credit card coding experienceExperience in multi-entity and multi-currency preferred

Preferred qualifications

Vista by Viewpoint experience preferredSalary range: $52,300.00 - $64,200.00 per year.
