RideNow Powersports, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist! As part of our accounting team, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's payables and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers. If you are experienced in accounts payable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this position may be perfect for you! Responsibilities + Process vendor invoices and match them with purchase orders and receiving records + Ensure appropriate coding, approval, and documentation for all invoices + Perform data entry of invoices into the accounting system + Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve any invoice discrepancies + Prepare and process payments to vendors, including checks, electronic transfers, and credit card payments + Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies + Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records + Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable Requirements + Must be able to work in office 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) + High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is a plus + Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting + Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Excellent organizational and time management skills + Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with internal and external stakeholders + Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices Benefits What RumbleOn/RideNow Powersports Offers You: A fun, relaxed, and casual work environment with awesome people by your side working as a team to ensure the entire group's success!
