Key Responsibilities: + Oversee and manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. + Supervise, mentor, and train AP staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. + Manage vendor relationships, negotiate payment terms, and resolve discrepancies. + Review and approve invoices, expense reports, and payment runs. + Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. + Collaborate with internal departments, including Procurement and Accounting, to ensure smooth AP operations. + Maintain AP reports, accruals, and assist with month-end close activities. + Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP, and internal controls. Qualifications: ✅ 5+ years of accounts payable experience ✅ Strong hands-on experience in high-volume AP environments. ✅ Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred). ✅ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. ✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
