Job Description Summary

The TDS Operations Accounts Payable/Supplier compliance Clerk is responsible for receiving, filing, reviewing, and tracking invoice payments to technology suppliers.

About the Role:

Initiating order execution/Purchase Order workflow based upon information provided. Receiving and filing invoices in Sharepoint folders.Working with AP to resolve supplier invoices issues including missing POs, Missing GL coding details, missing PO line numbers.Reviewing technology order documents to determine if supplier invoices are correct.Logging supplier compliance cost recoveries and findings. Confirming completion of invoice payments post AP submission. Monthly and Adhoc Reporting of Supplier Statement of Accounts (AP aging).Routing executed agreements and PO documents to the appropriate supplier contacts. Communicate with supplier personnel to pose and resolve invoicing inquiries.

About You:

The successful candidate will have detailed knowledge and experience of Accounts Receivable/Payables, ideally within the Workday platform.Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.1+ years’ experience with strong IT skills and high proficiency in MS Excel.Excellent communications skills, including English speaking.
