Key Responsibilities
Support team in solving the most complex issues around main process areas :
- Invoice Processing
- Travel Expense Management
- Supplier Account Reconciliation
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and guide team members to achieve high performance; conduct appraisals, develop plans, and maintain a positive, motivated team environment. Process Improvement: Standardize processes, maximize SAP functionalities, and introduce new technologies to enhance automation and team efficiency. Collaboration & Reporting: Work with Procurement and other teams across Europe to improve synergies; provide insightful reports and support audits.
Your profile
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. At least 5 years of experience in P2P/AP, including team management. Advanced SAP and MS Excel knowledge. Fluent English (German is a plus). Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a passion for process improvement.
We are hybrid and Flexible:
In Krakow office we work in a hybrid working model; as this position delivers high impact on-site, we expect you to be present in the office at least twice a week.
