\nWHAT YOU WILL DO
\nAs a key member of the wider Accounts Receivable team, you will gain exposure to various departments across the business.
\nYour responsibilities will include:
\n\nProcess daily EFT and cash receipts ensuring they are allocated to the correct account and invoices.\nWeekly and Monthly Invoicing runs.\nA backup in the Preparation and processing of monthly Direct Debit run.\nInvestigating and following up on the NZ ERUC Direct Debit dishonors.\nReplying to customer emails and queries (both internal and external customers).\nMonthly customer spreadsheet requirements.\nAre you passionate about Accounts Receivable? \nWhat will help you succeed in this role:
\n\n2 - 3 years accounts experience\n Prior experience using SAP preferable.\nIntermediate Excel skills.\nKeyboard skills, software literacy and numeracy skills\nTeam player, facilitating a supportive environment in order for the department to be successful and to meet its targets.\nAble to work with a diverse array of people, challenging in a non-confrontational way and builds successful working relationships (internal and external)\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.\nWillingness to take ownership, show initiative, be held accountable and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders.\nMethodical and disciplined approach to problem solving.\n\nWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
