Job Description

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced accounts receivable professional seeking temporary, full-time work playing a key role in coordinating accounts receivable operations and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

3 Month Temporary Assignment

Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and send out invoices promptly.Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments received.Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.Research and resolve payment discrepancies and issues.Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.Communicate with clients via phone, email, or mail to clarify any discrepancies or for collection purposes.Assist with month-end closing of the accounts receivable ledger.Report on the status of outstanding balances and collection efforts for upper management.

Work Experience

The preferred candidate:

Proven working experience of 2+ years in accounts receivable.Strong understanding of general accounting principles.High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
