AR Admin Trainee  

 

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivables- Admin Trainee to join our accountant department in Coty Barcelona.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

As our AR Admin Trainee, you are responsible for reviewing and following up all the claims managed by Disputes Team, from AR perspective.

 

Your main focus will be:

To manager the ESKER tool To analyse and follow up all the documents corresponding to Claims.

The Accounts Receivables team, of which you will be a part, currently consists of 5 members. It is very likely that you will work closely with several departments, such as the Sales Teams, the SSC at Accenture, Customer Service, and others. All your colleagues work as one team, always striving to achieve the best possible results.

 

 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

 

You like to do finance, and you are keen on accounting. As an Administrative Trainee, you enjoy working with numbers, speaking with stakeholders and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

Current Bachelor or MA studies in Finance, Business Administration Accounting knowledge is a plus, especially on Accounts Receivable management Excel knowledge is a must SAP knowledge Fluent in Spanish and English
