Inviting applications for the role of Accounts Receivable ANALYST – Senior Process Associate – Spanish – Remote Hungary

In this role, the AR ANALYST would be accountable for following

Responsibilities

· Check and review payment allocation process (payment to dealers/direct debit) with RNTBCI (Shared Service Center in India).

· Supervise cash collection cash netting activities with 3rd party customers and Intercompany entities.

· Aged item review, follow-up, and analyses.

· Communicate with dealers and other 3rd party customers, IC partners: language dependent queries management, answer questions, coordinate balance reconciliations, AR balance confirmation letters etc.

· Check missing postings on AR including IDOC management.

· Manage customer master data (invoicing details, new/terminated dealers, etc.).

· Weekly Ageing Balance review, analyze, decision of actions to be carried out with Nearshore RNTBCI teams.

· Monitoring the AR Ageing balance and calculate bad debt provision.

· Support legal cases and write offs.

· Accruals posting (Dealer termination, Fix support, Shift performance etc.).

· Monthly AR Overdue report to review all accounts performance indicators, action plan for cash collection etc.

· JSOX Audit control, provide all documentations requested (external/internal).

· Participation and implementation of projects, coordination with IS/IT / Business / RCI (Financing Company).

· Support Finance Director, Finance Tax Manager, Controlling Manager, Credit Risk Manager, AP Specialist, GL Specialist and Trainees upon requests

Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications / Skills

· Bachelor's degree in Business / Accounting /Economy.

· Minimum years of experience in accounting from Shared Service Center, BPO or BIG4.

· Relevant experience (e.g.GL accounting - relevant for the position).

Specific technical knowledge

· Strong knowledge of MS Office (specifically MS Excel) and SAP.
