Accounts Receivable Analyst
Accounts Receivable Analyst | Hybrid | $22-25/hr | Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing the company’s accounts receivables. This will include but is not limited to processing and verifying incoming payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely collections of outstanding invoices. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and AR practices. Key Responsibilities: · Invoice Processing: Analyze and review invoices, ensuring they are processed promptly and accurately. · Credit Control: Implement effective credit control measures and monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities. · Collections: Initiate collections on past-due accounts and work with customers to resolve payment disputes. · Financial Reporting: Generate financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders. · Account Reconciliations: Reconcile accounts and investigate any discrepancies or irregularities. · Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements are met. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. · Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivables or a similar role. · Experience with Cash Applications and Payment Portals.
