Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be part of the finance department supporting the invoicing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Accounts Receivable Analyst
**Location:** Doral, FL (Hybrid - 3 days in the office: Tue, Wed, & Thu from 8-5)
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform extensive trend analytics and data mining using invoicing audits to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
+ Manage invoicing functions for over $3B+ annual revenue across all branded product categories.
+ Support the management of invoicing department operations, including complex billing methodologies and system modifications.
+ Administer new invoicing procedures and billing reports based on business needs and product launches.
+ Review invoicing and billing reports, execute necessary corrections, and assist with UAT testing prior to deployment.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required.
+ 4+ years of experience in financial, business, or data analytics.
+ Advanced MS-Excel skills, including pivot tables and extensive data preparation.
+ Experience with SQL and Oracle Financials preferred.
+ Strong ability to organize, analyze, and interpret complex data.
