Accounts Receivable Analyst-Insurance Industry


The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for performing A/R related activities such as reviewing aging reports, reconciling accounts, responding to client inquiries, researching bad debt write-offs, and preparing financial statements for senior management.

Your Impact:

Review monthly aging reports and provide analysis on past due balancesRespond to internal department requests within one business dayContact clients regarding overdue payments and follow up on payment arrangementsReconcile bank lockbox accounts weeklyPrepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including the balance sheet and income statement


Successful Candidate Will Have:

Minimum two hears of relevant Insurance AR experience, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance a plusProficient computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred; Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software helpfulFlexible schedule to accommodate both standard time zonesSome travel required

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $50,000.00 - $65,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
