Accounts Receivable Associate
Location: Erickson Senior Living Erickson Senior Living is expanding our Accounts Receivable (A/R) team due to significant growth. Company contribution up to 3% once eligible. + Education assistance, certification reimbursement, and student loan refinancing partnership programs are available. + Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all employees over 18 years of age. + Free onsite parking at all of our communities and corporate offices + Extensive employee discount programs **Compensation:** $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, plus eligibility for annual bonus **How you will impact the A/R Team:** + Prepare accurate pre-billing review, billing, follow-up, and cash posting of charges for an assigned business line. + Provide exceptional customer service in partnership with our A/R Help Desk team. + Conduct admissions and census review to ensure correct and timely set up of resident accounts. + Complete 3rd party payment follow-up and reconciliation. . **What you will need:** + High School Diploma or equivalent is required. + Minimum 2 years healthcare accounts receivable experience in billing, collections, cash posting, or other healthcare revenue cycle-related experience, Or + Graduation from accredited 2-year college with coursework in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Finance/Administration or related field of study + Knowledge of Vision or other medical practice management systems + Current Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS-I) from the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) preferred Headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, Erickson Senior Living is one of the country’s largest and most respected providers of senior living and health care with a growing, national network of communities.
