Coilcraft, Inc., founded in 1945, is an established worldwide organization specializing in the manufacturing of magnetic components including high performance RF chip inductors, power magnetics and filters with headquarters located in Cary, Illinois. We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to work in our Accounting department.\n

Job Responsibilities:\n\nConduct account research and analysis.\nReconcile accounts.\nMaintain credit files on large customers.\nResolve accounts with past due invoices.\nMaintain credit hold system.\nPost cash to customer accounts.\nMaintain good working relationships with customers (both internal and external).\n\n

Job Requirements:\n\nAssociates or Bachelors degree in Business or Accounting in preferred.\nSolid understanding of fundamental financial concepts.\nAttention to detail, self starter and organization skills.\nBasic PC skills, intermediate excel skills. \n\n
