Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting current and potential customers with the HighRadius portal, managing overdue customer bills, and supporting the AR team as needed. You will be interacting with customers via phone and email, providing guidance on portal registration, and ensuring smooth invoice setup and navigation.

This position requires onsite work five days a week, with an 8-hour workday and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Employees can choose flex hours between 7 am to 9 am, provided the schedule is consistent daily. The office features pit-style cubicles, so comfort with open workspaces is necessary. Free parking is available in a garage next to the office, and we are conveniently located three blocks from the Bethesda Metro.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.04/hr.
