Qualifications
1+ year of experience in collections
Experience with ERP software, Netsuite preferred
Experience with billing, cash applications nice to have
Basic experience with Excel
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Accounts Receivable Associate to monitor and attend to the AR inbox for customer inquiries, including credit requests and document requests. The ideal candidate will interact with customers to resolve unallowed deductions or short payments, issue credit memos in NetSuite, and handle any customer AR service issues to the customer’s full satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to collect outstanding payments.Negotiate payment plans and arrangements with customers.Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and communications.Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes.Prepare and send out monthly statements and invoices.Generate reports on collection activities and account status.Assist in the development and implementation of collection policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
