Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Lake Forest, California. In this role, you will play a key part in managing payment processing, reconciliation tasks, and maintaining accurate financial records. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Monitor daily call center operations and oversee billing activities to ensure timely and accurate processing. • Handle credit card transactions and check deposits while maintaining detailed financial records. • Prepare and update reports using Microsoft Excel and Word, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. • Process new owner information, including system setup and the preparation of new owner packages. • Assess fees based on property requests managed by the resort and ensure proper documentation. • Reconcile daily lockbox transactions for cash received and complete monthly roster reconciliation. • Process online payments promptly and accurately. • Deposit checks and manage related financial transactions. • Perform payment adjustments as required to maintain accurate accounts. Requirements • Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and best practices. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and data analysis. • Experience with check deposit procedures and lockbox reconciliation. • Strong understanding of payment processing systems and workflows. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. • Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and external stakeholders.
