Description We are looking for a Part Time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Ceres, California. The ideal candidate will manage receivables processes with precision, ensuring timely and accurate payment postings while supporting the overall financial operations. Responsibilities: • Process and record accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently. • Manage payment postings and reconcile customer accounts. • Perform data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date financial records. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and analyze financial data. • Investigate discrepancies in accounts and resolve issues promptly. • Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate billing and payment processing. • Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status and provide insights to management. • Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable. • Assist in streamlining accounts receivable processes for improved efficiency.
