Accounts Receivable Clerk
Description

Responsibilities:  Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data Assist with the preparation of client billings and the extensive related support documentation, including all exhibits Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all invoices are posted and cash receipts are applied properly Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients   Requirements:   Associates degree in accounting plus 2-3 years of related experienceExcellent oral and written communication skills. Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office Attention to detailHigh level of accuracy and efficiencyPreferred experience with government constructions contracts  About Transdev: Cities, counties, airports, companies, and universities across the U.S. contract with Transdev to operate their transportation systems, maintain their vehicle and fleets, and deliver on mobility solutions.
