Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. This role involves creating, entering, and emailing receivable invoices and statements, pre-authorizing and reconciling credit card payments, and preparing deposits. The ideal candidate will manage aging reports and collections, contact customers for payment of outstanding invoices, and resolve customer account inquiries. This position is crucial to our sales team and requires learning about our products, taking orders, and handling customer interactions.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). This is NOT a short term contract-please only apply if seeking full time long-term position. The goal is to bring someone on for a full time role.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Brooklyn, New York.

Work Environment

Small office environment, working in accounts receivable supporting a company specializing in industrial adhesives. This is a 100% in-office role in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Working hours are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work required.
