Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail, we are seeking a Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our Accounting department
In this position, you will:

Key Accountabilities
Complete all tasks pertaining to monthly billing, research discrepancies, maintain and reconcile membership accounts
Perform daily review of guest ledger accounts, alerting management of potential credit risks and document deficiencies
Process credit card charge backs and returned checks on a timely manner
Ensure correct daily revenue is posted
General Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 2 years of similar work experience required
Knowledge of accounts receivable sub-ledger systems, preferably ResortSuite and Sun Accounting
Experience in Accounting within the hospitality industry preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Salary: $25.00 per hour
