Their primary duties include reviewing and processing invoices, verifying the accuracy of transactions, reconciling account discrepancies, and maintaining organized financial records. They work closely with other departments to ensure timely payments while adhering to company policies and financial regulations. A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:• Process invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment to vendors.• Verify and reconcile discrepancies between purchase orders, invoices, and payment records.• Maintain detailed and organized records of all accounts payable transactions.• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues.• Assist in month-end closing by preparing reports and ensuring all accounts payable activities areaccounted for.• Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.• Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and other accounts payable-related tasks as needed. The base salary range for this position is $41, 600 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
