Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Clerk for our client in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In this role, you will be tasked with managing customer accounts, reconciling accounts, and handling various billing and cash application tasks. This job requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process and manage customer credit applications • Accurately maintain customer credit records • Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner • Regularly monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary • Handle account reconciliation tasks with precision and accuracy • Oversee billing operations and ensure they are carried out without errors • Execute cash application tasks diligently • Conduct cash collections and commercial collections effectively • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks and reports Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation • Strong experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) • Proven experience in Billing procedures • Ability to handle Cash Applications effectively • Demonstrated skills in Cash Collections • Experience in Commercial Collections • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
