Description We are offering a contract to hire position as an Accounts Receivable Clerk, located in GLEN BURNIE, Maryland. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications • Keep track of customer credit records with precision • Resolve customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary • Reconcile daily deposits • Receipt statement payments and manage collection calls • Prepare and run monthly statements • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar position • Proficient in Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and principles • Demonstrated ability to reconcile accounts efficiently and accurately • Experience in handling daily deposits and receipts • Proven skills in collections and recovery • Familiarity with the preparation and issuance of monthly statements • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and reporting • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
