Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for handling tasks related to accounts receivable. This includes processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. It also entails monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner • Consistently maintain comprehensive and accurate customer credit records • Promptly resolve any customer inquiries related to their accounts • Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions when needed • Perform account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of records • Manage billing processes and ensure they are completed accurately and on schedule • Handle cash applications and cash collections effectively • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks, including data entry and record-keeping. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required. • Demonstrable experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential. • Must have experience in Billing processes. • Familiarity with Cash Applications is necessary. • Proficiency in Cash Collections is required. • Must have strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
