Description We are on the lookout for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to be a part of our team in North Charleston, South Carolina, United States. This role is pivotal in our transition to a new software, specifically designed for our industry. This opportunity offers a short term contract employment. Your main responsibilities will revolve around accounts receivable and invoicing and will require you to be physically present onsite with flexible working hours. Responsibilities: • Play a significant role in the transition to a new industry-specific software • Handle accounts receivable duties with precision and due diligence • Execute invoicing tasks effectively and within the specified time frame • Utilize your skills in tools like Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks • Ensure accurate account reconciliation and maintain up-to-date records • Conduct cash applications and cash collections in a timely and efficient manner • Handle commercial collections and billing processes effectively • Monitor and take appropriate actions on customer accounts when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is expected • Practical experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential • Must demonstrate competency in Billing procedures and processes • Knowledge of Cash Applications is required • Experience in Cash Collections is a must • Expertise in Commercial Collections is necessary • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required • Familiarity with Oracle software is desired • Experience with QuickBooks software is beneficial • Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
