Description We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team based in El Paso, Texas. In this role, you will engage in various tasks such as processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. You will also monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer credit applications • Continuously maintain and update customer credit records • Handle customer inquiries and resolve them promptly • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions • Conduct outbound and inbound telephone calls to resolve account delinquencies • Dispatch borrower notices in a timely manner following investor guidelines • Negotiate payment arrangements with customers to avoid mortgage delinquency and foreclosures • Carry out skip tracing to locate debtors • Document all incoming and outgoing collection efforts • Schedule property inspections and assess property conditions • Maintain records and prepare monthly reports • Execute administrative duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning, etc. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required for maintaining accurate records. • Demonstrated experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary. • Candidates must possess Billing skills to ensure appropriate charging of services. • Experience in Cash Applications is essential for managing payments. • Ability in Cash Collections is needed to guarantee prompt payment from customers. • Expertise in Commercial Collections is crucial for managing business-to-business transactions. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for data management and analysis. • Familiarity with Oracle software is necessary for efficient data handling. • Experience with QuickBooks is essential for managing financial tasks. • Knowledge of SAP is a significant advantage for integrated business operations management.
