Description We are on the lookout for a meticulous Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Peachtree City, Georgia. This role involves managing customer accounts, processing credit applications, and resolving customer inquiries. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry. Responsibilities: • Accurately processing customer credit applications in a timely manner • Keeping customer credit records up-to-date and accurate • Resolving customer queries and concerns related to their credit accounts • Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions as needed • Managing cash applications and maintaining records of cash collections • Handling the billing process and ensuring accuracy in invoices • Regularly reconciling customer accounts • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks • Handling commercial collections efficiently and professionally. Requirements • Possess strong skills in Account Reconciliation. • Proficient in Accounts Receivable (AR) management. • Experienced in handling Billing operations. • Capable of executing Cash Applications effectively. • Demonstrated expertise in Cash Collections. • Proficient in Commercial Collections. • Skilled in using Microsoft Excel for financial tasks. • Familiarity with Oracle financial software. • Experience with QuickBooks accounting software is required. • Knowledge of SAP for managing financial transactions.
