Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Denver, Colorado. The selected candidate will be part of a team working in a dynamic environment, maintaining the flow of financial information to ensure accurate record keeping. This role is primarily focused on the management of customer accounts, including billing, account reconciliation, and responding to inquiries. Responsibilities: • Accurately manage cash applications and account reconciliation processes. • Handle accounts receivable tasks, ensuring all financial data is up to date. • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner. • Oversee billing procedures, ensuring all invoices are sent and received accordingly. • Utilize QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Excel to maintain and analyze financial data. • Conduct cash collections and commercial collections procedures. • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required. • Maintain a high level of accuracy and detail orientation in all tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is mandatory • Should have hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) • Must be well-versed with Billing procedures • Expertise in Cash Applications is required • Experience in Cash Collections is highly desirable • Familiarity with Commercial Collections is expected • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must • Knowledge of Oracle software is required • Experience with QuickBooks is preferred • Familiarity with SAP is essential Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
