Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in West Sacramento, California. The role is primarily centered around high volume bank reconciliations and requires good computer skills as multiple systems will be accessed daily. The selected candidate will also be expected to maintain regular communication with our dental practice managers. Responsibilities: • Regularly performing high volume bank reconciliations using Sage Intacct • Utilizing Google Drive along with other systems on a daily basis • Ensuring precise and efficient processing of customer credit applications • Maintaining accurate customer credit records • Applying and managing cash collections • Communicating effectively with dental practice managers through verbal and email channels • Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various tasks and reporting • Handling accounts receivable and commercial collections efficiently.
