As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payments for our products. Your responsibilities will include:

Reconciling daily sales and verifying the accuracy of paymentsMaintaining customer account information and updating recordsNotifying sales personnel of any discrepancies or changesDistributing reports to various departmentsEnsuring compliance with tax regulations and handling permitsResolving order/invoice issues and collecting outstanding paymentsGenerating reports and monitoring accuracyAdhering to company policies and procedures

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

Have 2 years experience in an accounts receivable roleExperience with Encompass RAS System is a plusBe proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting softwareHave strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skillsBe able to handle cash transactions and manage multiple tasks efficientlyBe trustworthy with sensitive financial information
