Responsibilities Manage and resolve collections for domestic and international accounts. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve past due accounts. Communicate collection issues with Supervisors, Customer Service, and Sales. Research payments, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records. Respond to customer inquiries and manage the collections inbox. Escalate critical issues and handle audit/ad hoc requests.  Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred. Experience in high-volume, manufacturing/wholesale credit & collections. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially ExcelMS Dynamics is a plus. 

 

Work Schedule 
This role follows a hybrid schedule: four days in the office and one day remote.
