GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Insure timely collections of open obligations for the various geographical regions in North AmericasCustomer contact correspondencePrepare monthly customer statementsPrepare bi-Weekly Area Manager reportsProcess credit and debit memosApplication of receipt to AR2000Prepare Daily Cash ReportPrepare Daily depositMonthly close of the AR2000 systemPerforms other job assignments as specified by the AR/Senior Finance Manager
And, as expected of every employee of Canon Business Process Services Philippines, Inc. (CBPS), the Accounts Receivable Coordinator is expected to:
Maintain or exceed CBPS’ quality standards for all assigned tasks.Demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm to exceed client expectations.Conduct behavior in a professional manner, consistent with normal business practices.Protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of sensitive information, in line with the Information Security policy of the organization. Adhere to all CBPS’ policies and procedures.
Qualifications
EDUCATION
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
· Minimum of 1 year related experience in Accounts Receivable
EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE
· Basic knowledge of general office equipment
COMPUTER SKILLS
· Basic knowledge of Windows XP, WP and Spreadsheet
· AS400
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Ability to ensure that quality and production standards are met
· Ability to handle stress and conflict
· Ability to meet deadlines and understand that time is involved
· Ability to resolve customer issues and take responsibility for work performed
· Ability to set priorities
· Ability to work with others
· Clear Status on Criminal and Drug Test
· Customer service, professional attitude and appearance
· Good Communication Skills
· Good Team Player
· Must know how to prepare reports on volumes, machine performance caused by machine problems
· Overtime when required
· Strong organizational, administrative, recording keeping and time management skills
