Location: Fenton, MO (Hybrid – Onsite a minimum of 2 days per week, including the last business day of the month)
Process Payments (40%)
Accurately identify and process daily Accounts Receivable (AR) payments through various sources such as remittance emails, Oracle systems, client websites, and phone calls.
Adapt payment handling processes based on the payment type received.
Customer Service Support (20%)
Respond promptly to AR customer inquiries via email, phone, or mail.
Address questions related to remittance information and payment details from clients, vendors, and participants.
Reconciliation & Accuracy (20%)
Balance Oracle cash receipts daily using OAC and reconcile discrepancies with bank records.
Collaborate with team members to correct variances and ensure accurate postings.
Records Management (20%)
Maintain and index cash receipts in the records repository in compliance with the records retention policy.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
1–2 years of financial or Accounts Receivable experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Oracle Financials and Accounts Receivable is a plus.
