Accounts Receivable Coordinator - Part-Time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following. Other duties may be assigned + Prepare and distribute invoices + Cash receipts, prepare checks for deposit, verify bank transactions + Process transactions in D365 accounting system + Outstanding A/R follow-up + Process various daily reports + Accounts Receivable filing + Month end reconciliations + Record daily box office sales + Reconcile weekly Ticketmaster reports by event + Prepare pro-forma invoices + Other administrative and office projects Supervisory Responsibilities None Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
