Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, conducting financial analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, participating in different E2E initiatives and special projects related to the Financial Global Operations group.

Responsibilities
• Provides accounting expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives.
• Acts as an expert to execute the end to end process to generate and deliver the Mexican payment complement for all customer payment

• Performs account reconciliations and ensure all of them are following HP guideliness
• Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence improvement decision

• Performs complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively.
• Drives business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance

Education & Experience Recommended
• Tow-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics,  Accounting, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
