Accounts Receivable Lead
Job Title: Accounts Receivable LeadJob Description Oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts. Develop and implement strategies to improve collections and reduce outstanding receivables. Manage large customer portfolios, ensuring all accounts are accurately maintained and up-to-date. Create and manage customer profiles within Sage Intacct. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and disputes. Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable status and performance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions. Assist in the development and implementation of accounts receivable policies and procedures. Train and mentor junior staff members on accounts receivable processes and best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Essential Skills + Accounts receivable + Collection + Invoicing + Reconciliation + Aging report + Excel data entry + Sage Intacct + High level of organizational skills + Accounting + Cash application + Payment posting Additional Skills & Qualifications + 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role. + Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. + Proficiency in Sage Intacct and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + High level of organization and attention to detail. + Comfortable managing large customer portfolios. + Effective communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work Environment We offer a hybrid work schedule. There is a team of 3 in the office, with the controller working remotely out of MT.
