Position Overview –
We are currently seeking a detail orientated and proactive Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Team at Civeo. You will be responsible for maintaining the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices and providing excellent customer service to our clients. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the financial health of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities –
Process and manage accounts receivable transactions Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies Prepare and send out invoices and statements Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable activities Communicate with clients to address payment ussies and queries Collaborate with the finance team to improve process and efficiency Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status
Skills and experience –
Proven experience in Accounts receivable or similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, must have knowledge in Excel Computer literacy in accounting systems Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management Strong problem solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team to meet required deadlines
