We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual to manage accounts, resolve payment issues, and ensure timely order approvals.

As a key member of our team, you’ll need to be fluent in both Spanish and English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.

If you have 6+ months of customer service experience, a sharp eye for detail, and are comfortable navigating Microsoft Office, we’d love to hear from you.

Core Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

High school diploma or equivalent Requires verbal and written fluency in both Spanish and English Six (6) months of customer service experience in an office environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently, multi-task, and make sound decisions without immediate supervision Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate to internal and external customers

 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Coursework towards Associate's Degree One (1) year of clerical experience in an office environment Six (6) months of experience with Microsoft Outlook Six (6) months of deduction experience iSeries or SAP experience
