Job Description:

As an Accounts Receivable / Sales Order Associate you will be responsible for the reconciliation of revenue and maintain the list of customers for European entities from our Tagetik Business units.

Responsibilities:

Manage the generation and the release of licenses for worldwide customers

Efficiently and accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining orders and account information into the company's master data on a timely basis.

Working closely with other departments such as sales

Maintain and update client portfolio with all the active customers, who require a PO for sales invoices

Reconcile deferred and accrued revenue on a monthly basis

Assisting with projection of accounting and revenue recognition

Work with the Professional Services Coordinators and collect the information that allow the monthly invoicing (for Time and Material or Miles Stones projects)

Assist with implementation of new process and procedures to help improve the finance function

Ad-hoc reports that might be requested by Accounting Manager and Corporate

Requirements:

Education: at least a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent training or experience;

1 - 3 years Accounts Receivables / Sales Order / Order Entry

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software, strong MIS skills

Fluency in English

SAP FI module would be an advantage;

Flexible, adaptive and pro-active;

Capable of taking additional responsibilities to move to the next level;

Organized, independent, and self-motivated;

Positive attitude with a good can-do mentality;
