To complement our finance operations team, we are looking for an Account Receivable Senior to join our team in Breda (NL) on a full time permanent basis..
Reporting to the AR Manager, the Accounts Receivable Senior will be responsible for full cycle Accounts Receivables, including playing a key role in month-end close processes and producing timely reports relating to AR. The AR Senior will also have an opportunity to play an active role in continually establishing and improving internal processes within the department. In this role you’ll:
Coordinate Intercompany invoicing Maintain and review day-to-day AR transactions. Provide finance support to the sales teams for inquiries. Actively support continuous improvement of AR processes Train the team on existing and new processes Support internal and external audit requirements Oversee the AR account reconciliations, making sure ledgers get cleaned and items are followed up. Prepare the manual journal entries related to Accounts Receivable subledger Support with reclasses related to Accounts Receivable processes Resolving receivable related issues with internal and external stakeholders Maintaining account ledgers and assisting in monthly closing Working with various stakeholders to improve AR process, controls & analysis Help build and improve management reporting to help the team achieve KPI’sThe role requires someone with at least 3 years of previous experience in full accounts receivable cycle. This person will also have the ability to adhere to tight deadlines and work in fast-paced environment.

To excel as an Accounts Receivable senior, you should be a able to work efficiently, be a teamplayer, and have the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Key qualifications and attributes include:
Bachelor or Master’s in Business Administration, Finance or similar field Min 3 years’ experience in a similar role Excellent skills in MS Excel and MS Office in general. Knowledge of Oracle is an asset Fluent in English is a must. Proficiency in other languages is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly with strong attention to detail Excellent task prioritization and organizational skills. Able to meet deadlines and succeed in a fast-paced environment. A solid work ethic without sacrificing your sense of humor or your ability to have fun on the job.What We Offer
