\nKey Responsibilities: \n\n\tGenerate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner \n\tBank reconciliation \n\tMonitor and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure prompt payment \n\tReconcile accounts and resolve discrepanies related to billing and payments \n\tMaintain accurate financial records and reports related to accounts receivable\n\tProcess payments, refunds, and adjustments in accounting systems Cargo Wise \n\tCommunicate with clients regarding outstanding balances and payments arrangements \n\tCollaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues and is disputes \n\tPrepare accounts receivable aging reports and provide updates to management \n\tEnsure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations \n\nRequired Skills: \n\n\n\tAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field\n\tProven experience in accounts receivable, billing or similiar role \n\tProfiicient, Word, Excel, Quickbook, and Cargo Wise a plus \n\tStrong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and financial reporting \n\tHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail \n\tAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively \n\tFamiliarity with GAAP principles and financial regulations \n\tBilingual - Manderan a plus \n\n#HSSB
