Our company is in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Home-Owner Association Management to join our team.

\n

\n

Responsibilities:
• Post payments by recording checks, ACH payment and credit card transactions
• General Ledger entry and maintenance
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or discrepancies
• Maintaining accounting files, records and collections both manually and electronically
• Interaction with on-line banking software
• Works closely and supports the accounting manager

\n

• Works closely with other managers within the company

\n

• Cross trained for other accounting duties within the department (ex. accounts payable)

\n

• Other duties as assigned by the manager

\n

\n

\n Requirements

Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of general accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong computer skills and easily adaptable to software
• Strong communication skills
• Integrity and Confidentiality is a Must

• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• 3-5 years accounts receivable experience required

\n

• Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred

\n

• This is not a remote position

\n

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision and lift up to 25 pounds.
