This is a full-time (40 hours per week) on-site position. This position may also occasionally require overtime hours.

Roles & Responsibilities

Recording daily cash/check bank deposit activity in the ERP system

Contacting customers to collect monies owed to Horizon

Performing other general accounting and review/reconciliation activities as assigned

Performing bank reconciliation activities

Processing online banking transactions

Preparing reports as needed and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

This position will also serve as a backup for other members of the finance teem on an as-needed basis.

Education and/or Experience

Requires basic knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, & Word software programs Requires the ability to use a computer and work independently to perform assigned tasks and meet deadlines Requires collaboration and communication with customers, other team members Company management is an inherent skill needed for this position Prior accounts receivable experience is preferred
