Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role involves the careful management of customer accounts, processing their applications, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be tasked with resolving customer inquiries and monitoring account activities. This role provides a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Manage the receipt and posting of customer payments including ACH, checks, and wires. • Process and distribute customer invoices via mail, email, or through customer portal submission. • Maintain and update the Accounts Receivable Aging Report. • Prepare and process customer tooling invoices and update the Tooling Log accordingly. • Contribute to month-end and year-end closings. • Act as a liaison for both internal and external audits, collaborating with the Controller to address plant audit issues. • Prepare and analyze the Prepaid Tooling Account. • Assist the Controller with special project preparations as needed. • Track and resolve customer payment discrepancies related to pricing, RMA's, quantity, etc. • Process intercompany invoices. • Maintain the organization and filing of historical records and documents. • Participate in plant recycling programs. • Undertake any other related duties as assigned.
