Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role involves managing customer accounts, processing applications, and ensuring the accuracy of client records. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the financial services industry. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process customer credit applications • Maintain and update customer credit records • Handle cash activities and ensure accurate cash handling procedures • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions • Utilize accounting software systems and CRM for managing accounts • Perform complex invoicing procedures, considering special fees and discounts • Manage accounts receivable functions and ensure accuracy • Handle client-facing communication and collection activities • Utilize Epic Software and ERP for enterprise resource planning functions.
