Accounts Receivable Specialist
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist who will prepare and reconcile data to support the preparation of financial statements and reports. This role involves supporting the analysis, documentation, and mitigation of compliance risks and errors. The ideal candidate will analyze and interpret directives, policies, and regulatory requirements to provide recommendations on new and existing accounting issues. Responsibilities + Manage AR collections, including customer experience, using Excel for pivots and lookups. + Analyze and interpret directives and data. + Support the allocation and maintenance of the cost accounting structure/system, tools, and related realignment activities. + Assist in the development and deployment of changes to accounting tools and processes. + Communicate with customers to collect on accounts, provide payment assistance, and handle lookups and coverage. + Ensure customers receive invoices and statements, work on disputes, and maintain accounts. Essential Skills + Experience in accounts receivable, accounting, collections, and cash application. + Proficiency in finance, reconciliation, general ledger, invoicing, and deduction. + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, including V-lookups. + 3-5+ years of relevant work experience. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
