Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid - Global SaaS Company)
Compensation: Up to $85,000 annually + Exceptional Benefits

Join our client's expanding finance team a leading global SaaS company, as an Accounts Receivable Specialist in New York. In this role, you will play a key part in our cash collection efforts and work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable Management: Communicate with customers via email and phone to address open invoices and balances, ensuring timely collections.Data Management: Accurately record and update collections data, helping management stay informed on collection progress and assist with forecasting.Reconciliation & Refunds: Reconcile payments with customer balances and facilitate refunds as needed.Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e.g., Account Managers, Billing) to resolve invoicing questions and ensure smooth communication.Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for improving the accounts receivable process to increase efficiency.Month-End/Quarter-End Support: Assist with accounting close processes at month and quarter ends.Ad-hoc Support: Provide support across various finance functions as needed.Requirements:2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or collections.Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work effectively in a global team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
