Description We are offering a contract to hire opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Lead Role in BALTIMORE, Maryland. This role is in the distribution industry and a successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer applications, reaching out to customers in order to obtain payments, resolving customer inquiries, and creating Aging reports. A mindset of "no job too small" is especially helpful. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process customer credit applications • Maintain and update customer credit records • Monitor customer accounts and take relevant action as required • Research invoicing and payment discrepancies • Engage with delinquent account holders for payments • Prepare and present reports regarding the current status of accounts • Reconcile accounts receivable accounts monthly • Manage and organise files and information in an orderly manner • Operate accounting software and systems proficiently • Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services • Experience with CRM systems • Knowledge of Epic Software • Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning • Capability to handle Accounting Functions • Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) • Ability to manage Billing Functions • Experience in Cash Activity and Cash Handling • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Excel Formulas and VLOOKUP • Experience in Billing Collection and Cash Collections • Knowledge of Collection Processes and Collections • Experience in B2B collections • Familiarity with Collections - Commercial and Collections management • Proficiency in Accounts receivables systems • Experience handling Daily Cash Receipts and Daily Receipts • Knowledge of Aged Receivables, Aging Accounts, and Aging Reports • Ability to manage Customer Invoices, Enter Invoices, and Order Entry Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
